  3. Meet your provider by video. Your first visit is a full psychiatric evaluation: we talk about your symptoms, history and goals.
  4. Start your treatment plan. It may include medication, therapy or both. Prescriptions are sent to the pharmacy you choose.
  5. Follow up online. Regular video check-ins help us see how treatment is working and adjust it when needed.
