I have been A patient for nearly a year now. I can’t begin to tell you how kind and compassionate the staff are. Doctor McKenzie is so wonderful to me. I had such a wonderful experience with Lauren bonhomme. She has been my psychiatrist for a couple months now and not only has she helped me with my panic attacks and anxiety she is so sweet and so understanding and understands you and actually listens to your concerns and well being. I would never or see anyone else. I would highly recommend Lauren bonhomme because your mental health is so important. Escribo este comentario para presentar una queja sobre el centro. Desde que implementaron el traductor de inteligencia artificial, me resulta muy difícil pedir y cambiar citas, porque cuando usan esta traducción, hay que esperar a que termine, lo cual confunde. La verdad es que todo iba bien; me gustaba mucho el centro. Fui a pedir ayuda para mi hijo y para mí, y fueron muy profesionales, sobre todo cuando me comuniqué con la persona que me atendió, Liz, y con la otra chica que también habla español. Me sentía muy cómoda porque se tomaban el tiempo para explicarme todo, para decirme qué era lo mejor para mí, los médicos. Pero ahora no, es inteligencia artificial, e incluso cuando traduce, hay que repetirlo dos o tres veces, y no es porque no entienda el idioma, porque todos hablamos el mismo idioma. Sobre todo cuando hablo, tengo que darle palabras que entienda; no son dialectos, no son idiomas que usemos  para que la inteligencia artificial se confunda. Me gustaría que volviera a la normalidad, porque la verdad es que he recomendado este centro a mucha gente. Me gustan mucho los médicos, especialmente Liz, que es muy comunicativa compasiva y hace muy bien su trabajo no tenía problema con mis citas pero desde que me pusieron  la AI no puedo con esto Ella y la otra chica que también habla español siempre se comunicaron bien con nosotros, no hubo ningún problema, pero desde hace dos semanas empezó todo esto: incluso mis citas se confunden y cuando llamo, hay confusión. Y la verdad es que no estoy contenta con esta traducción automática. Me gustaría porque si estoy pidiendo ayuda mental para mi hijo y para mi es porque quiero un lugar donde yo no me de mas ansiedad espero y los encargados tomen encuentra este comentario porque si para las sesiones van a ser lo mismo en vez de yo comunicarme con el terapista me denla terapia la inteligencia artificial
